Sledding, Thanksgiving, Mommy's Birthday and Christmas Tree Time

The long Thanksgiving weekend was a busy one! We fit in a ton of fun and yummy food.

Sledding on Daddy's birthday in Rocky Mountain National Park

Weee this is steep!

Timothy does not seem to feel one way or the other about his activity.

A tired bunch!

Looking for a Christmas tree is hard work!

This is the way to travel.

There she is! We went to a different cutting area this year that we will not be going to again. The trees were in pretty bad shape and the ones that were still living were all very slender, not ideal for hanging ornaments.

We are all glad we found a tree!

Time to decorate.

All done!

We had to build a barrier until Timothy understood the rules about not touching the tree. Fortunately he learned this lesson much faster than the one he is still working on to not touch the stereo!!

Thanksgiving take two! We missed all the leftovers form hosting our own Thanksgiving so we decided to cook a second full Turkey dinner over Thanksgiving weekend.
