Halloween

We had a great Halloween weekend.  On Friday there was a party at Vassar, Sunday we carved our pumpkins and Monday we went trick or treating with Abby and Madeline.

Marin in the same costume she wore when she was 10 months old.  Charlotte in a backup witch costume . This is what can happen when one child is asleep when the costumes come out!

What a cute ladybug

A happy little witch enjoying a gluten free cookie at the party.

I am going to pick up this pumpkin!

Ok, that did not work so I will now try two at once.

Ugh, that stuff is pretty stringy inside the pumpkin.

We should put the face right here.

I will draw the nose.

Marin's is on the left and Charlottes on the right.

Ballerina and Ladybug are ready.

Trick or treating in the Romero's neighborhood is a crazy experience.  To give you an idea, this candy bowl is not oversized!

The Hudsons Visit Poughkeepsie

We have had our official first snowstorm of the season, and it came just in time for the Hudson's visit.  The girls loved watching the snow fall and enjoyed playing in it even more!

Mid Hudson Children's Museum

We took a recent trip to the Children's Museum with a few of our library friends.  The girls had so much fun, we will definitely be back!

A little morning reading before we went out on our play date.

The water feature is a highlight.
