Charlotte Turns Four!

Instead of a party, Charlotte asked for a special family activity. A few days before her big day she decided the activity should be to go real rock climbing. Daddy picked the perfect climb that was just high enough and hard enough to be super fun and not scary. We had a great time and the girls loved climbing. They are excited to go again soon! We had family party with presents and cake the next day on her actual birthday.

Ready to hike to the climb.

There it is the amphitheater - our destination.

We made it, time for snack.

Our big 4 year old.

Hey Daddy!

Marin ready to go first, per Charlotte's request.

Carefully watching Daddy make his double back figure eight knot.

Repelling down was the hardest part!

Oh yeah, that was so much fun!

I am ready to give this a try.

Charlotte was too light to be able to repel so we tied a trailing rope on her to pull her down when she was done.

Yeah Daddy, that was fun!

Can I go again, and again, and again....

I climbed up that?

Woohooo!

Heading back to the car.

One Elsa cake please - Daddy sure delivered on this one.

What a lucky birthday girl.

Tiny gum and a candy necklace, wowee.

Our little ballerina now has a real ballerina outfit.

What a day!

A little playtime while Charlotte naps.

End of July Fun

Here are a few silly photos from the the last two weeks in July.

This size 9 month costume has had a very long life!

I think someone is excited for Halloween already.

silly girls

These colors are fascinating!

Marin helping feed Timothy while distracting him with a toy (while I make dinner) - what a helper!

TImothy is very patient (for now) when Marin and Charlotte play with him.

I think I am at the beauty parlor, but maybe it is the doctor's office...

happy boy!

All three kids playing with blocks together.

Play date with Henry! We had so much fun this summer with the Johnsons, but we do not have many pictures!

Very focused on how this puzzle works

Don't worry Timothy, I will show you how to do it!

Hard at work practicing her letters.

The girls asked to see my wedding dress and with it I have two veils that they had to try out. :)

Playtime with baby brother. Marin really enjoys entertaining Timothy.

Timothy is Six Months Old

We know time goes by quickly, especially when life is busy, and you have little ones who are always learning and growing, but our baby is 6 months old! This July we have had tons of time staying low-key and enjoying this super fun stage with Timothy. He is giggly, silly and so much fun to play with!

Good morning sunshine!

This is Timothy's "little man" outfit.

6 months

Ready to watch the World Cup...and he found Marin's new pink doggy.

The kids from our old Wednesday Night Dinner Group - Harper, Charlotte, Riley, Marin, Dean and Matthew.

All the boys - Timothy wanted to join the fun too.

Our almost four year old - such a big girl!

These kiddos love to play together.

Marin and Charlotte are great helpers who love to get toys for Timothy to play with.

Altai is soft

Marin wants to make sure Timothy gets to pet Altai.

All the kids!
