First Day of School 2016/17

School always rolls around too quickly! Another year is off and running and the kids are very happy. The both love their teachers and are having fun with new and old friends.

Longs Peak

One of Pete's friends from college has had a lifetime goal of climbing Longs Peak. During his visit this summer he asked Pete to help him reach that goal and Pete was happy to oblige! They summited and Aaron can tick that item of his bucket list, hooray!

Boating on Horsetooth Reservoir

Every year our friends the Lockes rent a boat on Horsetooth Reservoir and this year we joined them! It was so much fun and gave us a little bit of the water time we miss so much from NY. We will definitely be doing this again, and who knows, maybe someday we will have to get a boat of our own!!
